Challenging Nicotine Cleaning

As you can see, the nicotine residue in this property was heavy, but was no match for SERVPRO's cleaning methods and products.

When it comes to cleaning smoke, soot, dirt, dust, debris, mold or construction dust, no two projects are the same. Each project has different levels of difficulty and require different gameplans to return a property to "preloss condition." One type of cleaning that has a tendency to be challenging is nicotine residue.

Our team recently performed professional cleaning services at a local residential property which required a thorough top-to-bottom restoration. The debris and residue were primarily caused by years of nicotine buildup. Our specially formulated products, proven cleaning methods, and some good old-fashioned elbow grease, eliminated the odor and residue that had contaminated the property.
