Ryan
Ryan is Co-Owner/President of SERVPRO of Windham & Windsor Counties. Ryan began his SERVPRO® career in 2002. Ryan has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): WRT-Water Restoration Technician, FSRT-Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician, AMRT-Applied Microbial Remediation Technician, ASD-Applied Structural Drying, and TCST-Trauma and Crime Scene Technician. He is also certified with the National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA) and EPA LeadSafe. Ryan lives in Walpole, NH.

Laura
Since joining Team Green in 2022, Laura has been a key piece within our main headquarters, operating as a direct conduit between our project managers, production staff, and our clients. In her role as Job File Coordinator, Laura communicates daily with project managers and production teams to ensure all in-progress jobs are on time and accurately documented. Laura has greatly assisted with the growth of our three franchises, and we thank her for her contributions to the team!
Wil
It has been a pleasure having Wilman as a part of Team Green since he began back in 2017. From his first day, Wil has shown an incredible desire to learn, progress, and expand his knowledge in the world of property restoration. Wil is always thinking of ways to better serve and accommodate his clients. We are very grateful to have Wil on the team, and we thank him for his hard work and dedication!
Matthew
Matthew has been a tremendous addition here at Team Green. His decades of experience in construction and emergency property restoration helped lead to the launch of our construction division in late 2023. Matthew's expertise in large restoration projects has brought additional opportunities for our team to handle more sizable jobs in-house. He routinely shares his experience and education with fellow teammates through production meetings and training sessions. We can't thank Matthew enough for his many contributions to our team!
Gary
A Team Member since 2017, Gary is one of the Project Managers here at SERVPRO. In addition to creating estimates and monitoring each phase of a project, Gary works very closely with the client from start to finish on any type of emergency mitigation or professional cleaning endeavor. Quite often, the insurance claim process is new to our clients, and Gary is very thorough in his guidance to ensure they understand and are comfortable with each step of this process. Your thoroughness is appreciated, thank you, Gary!
Eric
With 15 years of experience in the area of emergency property restoration, Eric immediately made a positive impact upon joining SERVPRO Team Paul. A student of the trade, Eric holds numerous industry-related certifications including “Master” designations in Fire, Water, and textile restoration. Eric’s knowledge, experience, and thoroughness in his work undoubtedly makes his team around him stronger.
Chris
Chis has been immersed in the world of emergency property restoration for over 15 years and has experience assisting with about every type of damage imaginable. He is a multiple certification holder and has a vast knowledge of fire and water damage mitigation. Chris is consistently commended by clients for his compassion, consideration, and thoroughness throughout the job process. We appreciate Chris' dedication and positive contributions to the team!
Ashley
Our Large Loss Assistant Manager, Ashley, began at SERVPRO in 2017. Ashley's overall focus is ensuring our production crew members are equipped with everything necessary to complete large fire or water damage losses. Whether it be their daily tasks whether that be training, scheduling, products, procedures, or processes. Ashley utilizes her 6 industry certifications and years of experience to ensure our quality standards are consistently met in the field. Thank you, Ashley, for your diligence and leadership!

Meet Restoration Superintendent, Naomi! Naomi is a multi-certified Team Member here at SERVPRO and has been with us since 2022. She is highly skilled in both fire and water restoration, as well as professional cleaning services. We are grateful for her daily contributions to our team!
Tyson
Tyson D. came on board in 2023 as a technician and very quickly developed a knowledge and understanding of emergency restoration and the science behind effective fire and water damage mitigation. Now as a Restoration Superintendent, Tyson regularly shares his knowledge and expertise with teammates as he leads them through each new property restoration project. Julie has been an integral part of the SERVPRO Team since 2000. Julie is one of our Restoration Supervisors and carries certifications in Fire and Smoke Restoration as well as Odor Control. Pam is a Restoration Supervisor here at SERVPRO and has been a team member since 2011. Bob began with SERVPRO back in 2018 as a member of our emergency mitigation staff. His 38+ years of construction experience has been incredibly valuable on complex and intricate demolition during fire & water damage restoration projects. Aaron has been with us since 2020 and has become multiskilled in several areas of emergency property restoration. Aaron is a certified Water Restoration Technician but also has experience in fire, smoke, mold, sewage and biohazard restoration. Our Warehouse Manager, Paul, joined our team in 2023. Paul oversees the organization, inventory, and configuration of our home base and each of our off-site facilities. Paul also assists with supply management on large losses and supports our production staff with fire and water damage emergencies.
