On Tuesday, July 9^th our Marketing Manager Andrea Thompson and Marketing Representative Laura Michelewicz participated in SERVPRO Corporate’s 2019 Summer Marketing Forum in Nashua, NH. They spent the day with fellow marketers from other SERVPRO franchises of the Northeast Region. The great thing about SERVPRO is that although it is a franchise with every franchise being independently owned and operated, there is a great unity which is evident at get-togethers such as these. These forums are helpful as we use the time to collaborate with one another and share ideas and learn from each other. Together, we all strive for total customer satisfaction and to provide the best in restoration and cleaning services. These forums give us a chance to celebrate our achievements and continue to excel forward by discovering ways to improve our services and involvement within our communities!
