Monadnock Wolfpack’s Rugby Shave to Save Event
Monadnock Wolfpack’s Rugby Shave to Save Event
No Shave November has come and gone and now it is time for the Monadnock Wolfpack to put their beards on the line for another Shave to Save. Shave to Save is an event that raises funds for the Norris Cotton- Kingsbury Pavilion Cancer Treatment Center at Dartmouth-Hitchcock in Keene, NH. The team has set a goal of $4,000 and depending on fundraising results, the club members will either shave or save their beards. Team members have been growing their beards since No Shave November or maybe even since last year’s Shave to Save event! A final campaign event will be held on Saturday, January, 19th at 1pm at the Barbery on Main Street in Keene, NH. The Monadnock Rugby Football Club will donate 100% of the proceeds to the Norris Cotton Center/Kingsbury Pavilion. As an albeit brief but former member of the team as well as a big fan, SERVPRO of Cheshire County Co-Owner Derek Paul is putting his beard on the line with a goal of raising $500 to help the Wolfpack reach their goal.
