Flooded Finished Basement in Southern Vermont

This is a water damage in Southern, VT. It was caused by a frozen pipe, due to subzero temperatures. The severe water damage affected all of the first floor and throughout the finished basement. Due to our swift response, we were able to salvage the wood floors throughout the main level. Large amounts of water was extracted from all the affected areas of this home. Major demolition was required to some walls on the main level, as well as ceiling to floor in the basement. All of the affected sheet rock, insulation, and trim boards were removed. Our team used commercial air movers and dehumidifiers throughout the affected areas to effectively dry the structure. All affected areas were cleaned and sanitized following our demolition services.
